Although it has already been named, I always felt that the name didn’t reflect on the chair’s character. So thanks to the extremely dirty school-borrowed lens and half and hour of editing the bottom part of the dirt, a name came to my mind.
The flu virus had decided to build a colony in my system and now all I’m doing the past few days is rest and feel miserable. I am also having problems with expressing myself verbally, because the doctor I consulted suggested that I must not talk in order to recover.
Here are some photos that I had put aside for awhile. These are stuff that I had given off to and received. I love you people!
p/s photobucket is giving me the i-don’t-want-to-upload-your-photo-because-i-am-anal mood. Shall seek tinypic for advice.
p/p/s I have mentioned this to several people, but STARBUCKS GREEN TEA LATTE IS DA BOMB
We were all extremely excited at first but then after waiting for almost 3 hours, talking about the incidents in past seemed more interesting than the fireworks.
There I was waiting for the beginning of 2010 with a mixture of friends whom some are really close to me and those whom have not met for years. This might not sound really weird to you, but its really funny to me when people come together only when a huge celebratory event is in order. I really loved the company and I do know that night would be a night I’ll never forget.
I woke up late the day after and decided to start reading Murakami’s Norwegian Wood. I am not doing the book any justice by storing it at the back of the shelf for the past few months. I’m craving for some Sue Townsend’s after this book.
I had a blast. With a very close friend next to me for company and watching my best bud performing, nothing can be any better than that.
The sound of my camera’s shutter can be really annoying at times during the concert, so kudos to this lovely person sitting next to me (who turns out to be Vicky’s classmate) ! I tried capturing people’s faces the most and was totally going crazy with the lighting shone on the stage’s backdrop. I am sure Zuhairah couldn’t stand my cry of excitement every single time they shut off all the lights except for the said lighting.
So enjoy the pictures and rip them off all you want, Vicks.
Has another mass class trip just yesterday and this time, we went to this magnificent church at Bukit Batok. You have to go down to this church to inhale the architecture yourself. Cliche, but I felt like I was stepping into some article in an architecture related magazine.
Sidetrack a little, I was 5 minutes late for school and the coach left without me(!!!), thus, I had the honour of having two lecturers waiting for me and sending me to the church. (I am so sorry!)
My camera seems to be down with the flu due to the cold weather recently so please excuse the multiple fine noises in the following twenty or so pictures.
Currently at hand, I have a project that needs me to understand the needs of designing a space for the social changes in the greying city. We were brought to this small scaled museum to enjoy as well as experience how human and architecture could be interlink in a designed space.
I had been there several times, but this is the first time I came prepared with my camera!
The last weekend I decided to be a bum and lazed around, unwilling to finish up the CAD drawings for the fake rock and a 300 word essay. Photos below are taken at IKEA with my wonderful company, Ali.
